One United Properties acquires land from Vasile Petrescu in an exclusive area of Bucharest

One United Properties, founded by Victor Căpitanu and Andrei Diaconescu, together with his partners Octavian Avrămoiu, former vice-president of SIF Banat-Crișana, and Cătălin Scripcaru, former country director of Strabag and Raiffeisen Evolution, bought a plot of land from Vasile Petrescu, one of the main shareholders of the former MindBank, in a transaction valued at about 4 million euros.

The 3,350 square meters of land from Grigore Gafencu street no. 65 was purchased through NEO Division. The property was offered by Vasile Petrescu in exchange for apartments within the future project Neo Herastrau Towers, which will be developed on the land.

In August 2018, the founders of the company launched NEO Division, which is owned 30% by Avrămoiu and Scripcaru, specialized on residential projects smaller than One United Properties complexes – 4-6 floor buildings or 2.000-3.000 square meters areas – but at the same top standards.

NEO Division is part of One United Properties long term business strategy and represents a residential project that will align with the company’s exclusivist high-end standards.
