One United Properties obtains the building permit for the residential project Neo Floreasca Lake, the most exclusive residence on Lake Floreasca shore

Our company received the building permit for the Neo Floreasca Lake project, the most exclusive residence developing on Lake Floreasca shore.

One United Properties continues the series of NEO real estate developments, a division launched in the second half of 2018, dedicated to boutique residential projects, of smaller dimensions, but exclusive and respecting high-quality standards. Our company received the building permit for the Neo Floreasca Lake project, the most exclusive residence developing on Lake Floreasca shore.

Neo Floreasca Lake is designed as a contemporary small residential complex, which will offer 50 exclusive apartments, with a height of GF + 5 floors. With an original and elegant architecture, signed by the X Architecture & Engineering, Neo Floreasca Lake offers top-of-the-line apartments integrating with the boutique conceptual philosophy of the NEO division. The residential complex will offer 2, 3 and 4 room units, as well as some penthouses with panoramic views of Lake Floreasca, in one of the quietest and exclusive areas of Bucharest. The lobby will be double-height and will be designed by Lemon Interior Design. At the same time, the project also provides 50 parking spaces. For this assembly, the delivery is estimated for Q2 2022, while it is already over 20% pre-contracted before construction starts.

"Neo is an exclusive boutique brand, focusing only on very good or exceptional areas, in all sectors of Bucharest, developed in areas of 2,000 to 4,000 square meters. These are areas where we already have developed ONE projects and in which NEO will provide smaller real estate projects, but which, in terms of quality, design, and sustainability, are nothing less than our landmark projects. With NEO projects we continue to target customers with medium to large, large and very high incomes."
